When will my order be processed?
Orders received will be dispatched as soon as possible, normally within 2-5 working days from the date of order. Please be patient with both ourselves and our small team, and with the courier companies and their staff and drivers. We aim to get all orders out and delivered promptly
How will my order be shipped and what will it cost?
Please allow 2 - 5 working days for orders to be processed and despatched.
We offer standard delivery services only for UK domestic delivery. Delivery services are fully tracked from despatch to delivery.

Orders of £50 and above (UK only): Free standard delivery

We ship internationally using Royal Mail tracked services. International delivery is expected to take 3-5 working days. Please note that delivery times may take longer during busy periods.

When will I know my order is on its way?
We will notify you via email when we receive your order. After despatch, you will receive confirmation and tracking information.
